Worry is to liability. Courage is to asset.

"Worry is to liability. Courage is to asset"

Ironically, I was hesitant to write this post. I was worry about my grammar. I was worry about unjust criticism. Ulcers were living in my stomach like crazy.

However, there was a book I was longing to buy ever since. And that was: How to Stop Worrying and Start Living.

Let me tell you the benefits of worrying: None

Because it's a liability to our life.

However, I can give you a handful of problems when you worry.(Base on my experiences and references within the book.)

    1. It causes Fatigue.
No one wants to work with limited energy and little attention span.

    2. Worrying causes break-outs.
Let's be real here: being attractive is now a necessity. Your clients will take you more seriously that way.

   3. Worrying leads to depression.
And depression leads to lousy decisions.

     4.You can die young.
I don't know about the next guy. But when I get older I want to reminisce on my journey to success.

     5. Sleepless Nights.
Sleep deprivation will devour your self-worth. It will shatters your relationship with your loved ones. And it will stomp on your concentration like a bug.

     Courage is to asset.

Because of courage we learn from our failures. Enabling us to take risks that we now understand.

  1. "Live in a day tight compartment."
It sounds cliche. But every day is always a present. So cherish this moment and laugh out your mistakes.

  2. Get the facts and then take action.
Write your problems and possible solutions. If you already know the solutions face your gifts( problems.)

  3. What's the worst thing that can happen
Knowing the worst case scenario will prepare you for it.
   4. Pray
Praying to someone much higher than you will give you inner peace.

  5. Rest before you get tired.
Naps can lessen stress, headaches, temptations, and irritations.

More courage minus less worries= More Self-worth

More Self-worth creates more Net worth.
